Welcome to the Sarasota County Foster/Adoptive Parent Association

The Sarasota Foster and Adoptive Parents Association, Inc. was formed to provide moral and financial support to the caregivers of foster/adoptive children within in the county of Sarasota, Florida.

Target recipients of our support include:

  • Foster parents
  • Adoptive Parents
  • Foster and Adoptive Children
  • Future Parents and Children within the foster care system

Goals of the organzation

  • Raise funds as a not for profit organization to provide above and beyond financial support for children in care
  • Provide a support network for foster and adoptive parents through training, meetings and newsletter communications
  • Provide a conduit of communication to parents from coalition agencies
  • Support future recruiting efforts of new foster parents to ensure growth of the foster/adoptive community
